Senate Appropriations Committee Approves Defense Bill with Biofuels Funding

By a 30-0 vote, the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee on July 31 approved a Defense Appropriations bill for fiscal year 2013 – formally called The Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2013 – that provides US$604.5 billion in base and overseas contingency operation funding.
