House Committee Approves ‘No More Solyndras Act’

By a bipartisan vote of 29-19 on August 1, the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee advanced H.R. 6213 – formally called the “No More Solyndras Act.” If passed into law, the legislation would effectively terminate the loan guarantee program by prohibiting new applications.
