Sen. Ben Cardin Introduces Bill Linking Corn Supply to Ethanol Mandate

On July 25, Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) introduced a bill (S.3428) that would link the corn ethanol production mandate under the federal Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) to the amount of U.S. corn supplies.
