Pacific Ethanol Increases Ownership in Ethanol Plants; Unveils New Public Offering Price

Sacramento, Calif.-based ethanol producer and marketer Pacific Ethanol, Inc. announced June 27 it had entered into purchase agreements to acquire an additional 33% ownership interest in New PE Holdco LLC, the owner of its four ethanol plants.
