U.S. Judge Issues Temporary Order Allowing Gevo to Continue Biobutanol Plant Start-Up

Englewood, Colo.-based bio-based isobutanol developer Gevo, Inc. issued a public statement on June 13 responding to a temporary order issued by the U.S. District Court of Delaware, which requested the company “maintain status quo” until the court renders its decision on the pending request for a preliminary injunction.
