U.S. Tax Breaks Subsidize Foreign Oil Production More Than Renewables: Study

According to research released by the Environmental Law Institute (ELI) in partnership with the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars on Sept. 18, the largest U.S. subsidies to fossil fuels are attributed to tax breaks that aid foreign oil production. The press release stated:
