US BIOENERGY CORPORATION ANNOUNCES
PRICING OF ITS INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, Minn. (December 15, 2006) – US BioEnergy Corporation announced that the initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock was priced at $14.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being sold by the Company. The Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,500,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on December 20, 2006.

The Company’s common stock has been approved for listing on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “USBE.”

UBS Investment Bank and Piper Jaffray are the joint book-running managers of the offering. William Blair & Company and A.G. Edwards are co-managers.
