Ethanol Plant Announces Name Change
to US Bio Platte Valley

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN (September 29, 2006) – US BioEnergy Corporation is pleased to announce the former Platte Valley Fuel Ethanol, LLC became a wholly owned subsidiary of US BioEnergy Corporation on April 30, 2006 . As a result, the company's name changed to US Bio Platte Valley, LLC effective September 13, 2006 .

 

All other information related to the plant remains unchanged. The plant is located at:

The company currently operates two ethanol plants, one of which is in the process of expansion, and has two additional ethanol plants under construction. INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN (September 29, 2006) – US BioEnergy Corporation is pleased to announce the former Val-E Ethanol, LLC became a wholly owned subsidiary of US BioEnergy Corporation on April 30, 2006 . As a result, the company's name changed to US Bio Ord, LLC effective September 13, 2006 .
