Raccoon Valley Bio-Diesel Equity Drive Continues

Storm Lake, Iowa – Raccoon Valley Bio-Diesel, LLC will continue the equity drive to raise a portion of the funds needed to build their proposed 60 million gallon per year biodiesel plant, 80 million gallon per year crude vegetable oil refinery, and retail biofuels station. They will begin the next flight of equity drive meetings on January 29.

Engineering Automation and Design, EAD, of Omaha is expected to be the company’s design-build contractor. “Raccoon Valley Bio-Diesel LLC has challenged the industry’s technology and our engineers in every aspect of the project. This has empowered the team to continue to develop new ideas and contingencies in the biodiesel industry. EAD is very proud to be aligned with Raccoon Valley Biodiesel and Crown’s Technology,” remarked Jeff Siedlik, director of construction services with EAD. “Raccoon Valley Bio-Diesel has invested equity seed funds into the pre-engineering and permitting activities that will allow the project to start construction immediately upon conclusion of a successful equity drive and closing of debt financing.”
