Bill Nankervis Joins Ethanol Technology

Milwaukee, WI (September 17, 2007) Lallemand is proud to announce the appointment of Bill Nankervis as its new General Manager of its Ethanol Technology business unit. Bill comes to Ethanol Technology from Lallemand’s Anchor Yeast subsidiary in South Africa where he was Director of their Bakery Specialties (bakers yeast and baking & milling enzymes) business. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Natal in South Africa. He has an engineering background with numerous years of experience in both operating and managing several major chemical and biotechnology plants. Bill brings in numerous years of experience in both production and practical applications of yeast technology.
Bill takes on overall responsibility for the group’s global operations and is excited about leading Ethanol Technology in this tremendous period of growth.
