Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores of Iowa

In response to a request from the Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores of Iowa (PMCI), the EPA has granted marketer blenders an extension until February 28, 2008 to file 2007 third quarter reports on their RINS related transactions.

PMCI sought the extension because EPA had only recently approved the Quarterly reporting forms.
It is important to note however, this extension does not apply to producers of renewable fuels who remain subject to the November 30 report deadline for third quarter RIN transactions occurring in the month of September.

The Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA) is a federation of 46 state and regional trade associations representing approximately 8,000 independent petroleum marketers nationwide.
